Dropbox is perhaps the easiest way to store, sync, and, share files online. There’s no complicated interface to learn. Dropbox works seamlessly with your operating system and automatically makes sure your files are up-to-date. Available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, and iPAD!

Each computer on which Dropbox is installed must have the available space to hold the entire contents of the Dropbox folder – however, one feature allows you to create a public link for particular files which could, theoretically, be stored in a Google Docs file for shared assess without the free space requirement.
