We have configured a Precision T3400 to be used as a central server for local plumbing company. All of their workstations access the critical files their company depends on from this system which is setup using a redudnant array to prevent data loss. Complete Computer will be notified via email automatically if a drive fails, and we will be able to replace it without any downtime to the company.

This also optimizes the efficiency of their technology by making it easier to rebuild one of their workstations should it crash. Any hardware or software issues will not affect the critical data, and the machines can be “re-imaged” in about an hour…leading to less overall downtime all together.

We will also be configuring an offsite backup solution in which the files stored on the server will be uploaded over secure FTP and backed up to prevent loss in the event of natural disaster.
